Chris Costello will be hosting a free judo workout at his dojo in Stroudsburg, PA on November 10. Contact Chris at 570-350-3822 for more information. Directions are below; the dojo is in the rear of the building.

The Aikido club has requested use of the gym on Wednesday, October 31, so there will be no class that day.

The Hudson Judo Promotional for brown and black belt seniors will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at APA. Any senior judoka holding a rank of sankyu or above should consider playing; participating in promotionals is required in order to be promoted.

The application deadline is October 10, 2007.

The 2007 East Coast Judo Championship will be held at NJIT on Saturday, October 6 (seniors) and Sunday, October 7 (juniors). All judoka are encouraged to compete. Brown belts and above may earn promotional points for placing. Please let Sensei Cory know if you will be competing.

Just a reminder that Monday brings the start of the Fall session. Fall time usually brings a few new members to our club. Please be sure to welcome them and introduce yourself to any Judoka at class that you do not recognize or remember their name.

All participants (walk on mat fee included) must be YWCA members ($50 for the year). Please register before attending the first class of the new session (9/10/07).

If you are coming to more than 7 classes this fall session you must sign up for the class as per the Princeton YWCA. The mat fee has also been raised to $13 by the Princeton YWCA.

The Princeton YWCA is requiring that all Judoka present an active Princeton YWCA membership card at the start of fall session class attendance.

The last class of the summer session will be Wednesday, August 22. Fall classes will resume on Monday, September 10.

The YWCA will be closed for Independence Day.

The YWCA is closed for Memorial Day.
