Summer Session Judo class will be held on Wednesday evenings only from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. Any Judoka who desires an earlier workout may do so by arriving as early as 6:30pm.
Summer session ends 8/20/08. Fall session begins two weeks later on 9/03/08 with a return to our regular schedule of three days a week.

Warmups will start at approximately 8:00 PM. Randori will last until 9:30-10:00 PM or until everyone gets tired. Judoka from Mainline Judo, Philly Judo Club, Drexel Judo, and Villanova Judo are expected to attend.
The back room of the dojo will be used for ne-waza. The front room will be used for tachi-waza. Rounds last for 2-3 minutes and judoka switch in and out at their discretion.

Sensei Yonezuka is holding a Referee and Judge Clinic at Cranford on Saturday, February 2 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Listed below is his original announcement.
To My Judo Friends,
I am scheduling to have a Referee and Judge clinic for local Judo enthusiasts like yourself. There is no clinic fee or certification process, just a basic skills and knowledge clinic. The clinic is to be held on Saturday 2/02/08 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Cranford Judo Karate Center. If you are able to make it please advise your sensei and I welcome you all.

A new judo club in Hillsborough is holding open houses (free workouts) on Friday, January 11 and Tuesday, January 15 at 7:00 PM. Any judoka who wants to attend is encouraged to do so. Sensei Cory will be attending the Tuesday workout. It is important to play judo whenever you can. It is also good to see how other clubs operate.

The Aikido club has requested use of the gym on Wednesday, October 31, so there will be no class that day.
The Hudson Judo Promotional for brown and black belt seniors will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at APA. Any senior judoka holding a rank of sankyu or above should consider playing; participating in promotionals is required in order to be promoted.
The application deadline is October 10, 2007.
